Liberty “Libby”

A Little About Her:

We are very proud to announce that Libby has received multiple owner handled group 1 placements against some very nice competition. We are extremely proud of our exceptional little girl.

Liberty or Libby as we call her is a super star in our house.  With her beautiful type and temperament a little diva through and through. When Libby hits the show ring she struts her stuff like nobody else matters. We are Proud to say that Libby finished her Championship on the Fourth of July and will be continuing on to get her Grand Championship .  So you can look for Libby in the show ring in 2015 as she goes out and shows her heart out.  A true show dog Libby loves the conformation ring, but her beauty is not to be outdone by her stellar performance in the obedience ring.  She earned her CGC with flying colors and then went on to get her BN title in three consecutive shows placing each time!!! However, her most impressive performance was in the ring when she was earning her CD title getting one of her legs with a 198.5 out of a possible 200 earning her a second place in the Novice B group that day.  Libby and I have and an incredible bond that makes doing any kind of work together rewarding and fun.  Not to be out done by her big sister, Libby is also a therapy dog.  Although she is my little Velcro dog and always at my side, Libby does remarkably well with children, often leaving me so that she may go and be loved by any little kids she see’s.  Working with children is truly Libby’s niche in therapy work.  Although she is a big dog, she often will go to great lengths to make herself “little” by crouching low or laying down for little kids to pet her.  With a constant wagging nub and some well timed kisses Libby is always ready and wiling to great all the people she encounters on her visits to facilities. Her latest assignment was at a Christmas party for cancer patients and their families.  She was a big hit, displaying her many tricks and offering her belly up for a good rubbing.   Libby has been an incredible addition to our family fitting right in from the moment we picked her up.  She reminds me everyday about the unbreakable bond that exists between a human and that very special dog that loves them unconditionally.
